need help to start a webhosting company??

Hi all,
am yet to start a webhosting company in india. i need help from linux experts,how can i do this forward.am collecting details and quotes & rates of inux servers.pls help me what type of server caan be used for webhosting services.also pls give ma an idea of how can i implement this.how many employees i need to hire to run a sucessful webhosting company.wat type of setup required.pls help.
