not quite sure i understand the question and i havent read all the responses.
if all you want to do is re-install both os's
i would just start with windows. it is pretty destructive and assumes it is the only thing you want to have installed and will take up the whole disk.

then i would boot up a linux live-usb and install it to disk. most linuxes are considerate of what else is on the disk and install itself around it.

what have you tried and where are you stuck ?

So I am assuming you want to install Ubuntu onto the 655GB partition?
It doesn't quite look like Ubuntu is installed correctly, the 655GB partition would be EXT3 if Ubuntu is installed. NTFS format cannot handle the file permissions required by Linux.

I would delete the 655GB, 9GB and 8MB partitions and leave them unallocated in easeus. Then I would install Ubuntu, selecting the 655 GB partition. Once the computer reboots, it should reboot of the grub loader and you should be able to select win 7 or Ubuntu.
