Need help on how to make CD-boot

I need help on how to make my Mandrake install CD boot.
The computer I'm using, a Dell 200GX, does not have a bios
that's capable of booting from a CD. It does, however,
have the capability to boot from a floppy. So I'm thinking
that I'd create a boot floppy that boots the CD so to speak.
The only problem is that I don't know how to create a floppy
to do this.

Please help me!

A network install is for various reasons not practical.
I'm running Windows 2000-pro on my computer atm

put in the mandrake cd1 while you are running windass, there should be instructions that come on the screen that allow you to create a floppy that will boot the cd.
