need help installing squid on rh8
 

hi!

i'm following the instructions from http://squid.visolve.com/squid/sqguide.htm. is this enough just for internet sharing with windows workstations? the guide says that it should work for simple setup. i am able to install squid properly. also edited the squid.conf. my problem is that i cannot start squid with a squid: no command found error is displayed.

what should be the problem? btw, i am running redhat 8.

another thing is should i install the included squid package in the rh8 distribution before installing the one i downloaded from http://www.squid-cache.org?
