need help installing download

I've downloaded a trial version of Codeweavers to my harddrive and can't seem to install it. It says to run it in terminal, but I don't know how. The download looks like this "install-crossover-plugin-demo-2.0.2.sh ". How do I install it or run it. Also, do I have to be in my root directory? Thanks for any help!

cd to the directory you downloaded it from and then simply type:

sh ./install-crossover-plugin-demo-2.0.2.sh
