[SOLVED] Need help for sharing installed programs between accounts in xubuntu 11.10?

I am a very newbie to linux system (2days). I passed theses days to install programs that i need but now i must use another account on the same device instead of the account with my programs. The initial account will not be deleted or touched just that i will be using a new created account on the same machine? How to import my installed programs and setting from the old account to the new user account ?

if you installed them via Ubuntu's package manager they will already be available to your new account.
