Nautilus/Gnome

Hello.

I wanted to know how I can
(a) make folders open in the navigation/file browser window in Nautilus without having to do right click->browse folder

(b) have terminal available on the right click menu when i right click on the desktop (like Konsole in KDE)

i hope that didn't sound too confusing.

any other tutorial sites with gnome would be awesome.

Thanks again!
