Im currently running Suse 9.0 and I prefer to run the Gnome Nautilus filemanager. However, I noticed that Nautilus fails to update file changes I make in the gui window.
For example I unzip a file in the directory. I dont see the newly extracted file until I click the reload window button on the top. Why is this? In kde Konqueror file manager the window gets updated properly. Is this a bug with nautilus or gnome? or is this an option I need to enable ???
I have the same problem,
Heres a temporary solution.
Open a terminal type fam as root.
If someone knows how to get Gnome to start with this service I'd like to know
