The best way is to search Google first, which turned up a thread here at LQ with a solution to your problem. You could also try to search LQ first to see if anyone here has encountered the problem you have.

Reset Passwd Nagiosadmin

# htpasswd -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users nagiosadmin

and restart Apache to make the new settings take effect.
