MYSQL PHP - text to display as url


Hi Everyone,

Can someone please explain to me how I can I make a text entry into a Mysql database using php and when a query is performed have that record display as a url link.

Can't you just make the query inside a <a href=<?php statement for querying the link from database ?>></a>?
