mysql installation inq


Hello everybody...

So far, i was able to install redhat 9, apache, php without any problems. tested ok!.. I like to add mysql to the package but not sure which one to download...

the download site has 2 different downloads, "linux download" and theres one for "linux x86".
objective is to host my own site so it should support internet optoins i guess....

any help u can give me would be greatly appreciated.

The top portion (Linux downloads) has source distributions for different architectures (including PCs). You probably want to grab the x86 RPMs for "Server" and "Client Apps".
