Hello and Welcome to LinuxQuestions,

You don't have to worry too much about your English. Although English is required here at LQ and the only language permitted, if you make errors nobody will mention that as long as we understand what you ask. If we don't, rest assured that we will let you know and ask for clarification. If you really doubt your English skills, you could try using Google Translate to get an idea. Grammatically Google Translate goofs up in certain languages but it's a start. And I'm sure you'll learn a lot when posting here.

Looking forward to your participation in the forums. Have fun with Linux.

Kind regards,

Eric

I do Red Hat RHCS cluster, is not installed on luci? I do a yum server with Red Hat 5.4 version of this report is the fault of the system:
[root @ 1 ~] # yum-y install luci
Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security
This system is not registered with RHN.
RHN support will be disabled.
Setting up Install Process
No package luci available.
Nothing to do

I don't think Redhat is free, did you pay for the license?

means what it says; you must register the system with RH to get updates.
NB: you can only do this if you have paid, or are going to pay, before you do the following, in which case the cmd is
Code:
rhn_register
as root user.
If you want RHEL functionality for free, go Centos.

As JJJCR said, best to start your own thread.

In any case, either

1. pay for the RHEL subscription
OR
2. use Centos; its a free rebuild of RHEL

You could get a Chinese Linux, and then you would not have to worry about your English:
