Hi,

We will aid you when you help yourself to a solution. Provide us with what you have attempted and then maybe someone will be able to assist. Not enough information to aid you so I suggest that 'How to Ask Questions the Smart Way' would be one link you should look at to help us to help you in the future.

You need to clarify your problem and be more specific as to What is happening. What exactly do you mean by "halting"? Freezing? Shutting down on its own? Does it halt and restart? What are you updating every day? Does it make any difference what you are doing when you computer "halts"? Only in a specific program? Only a web browser? Only a file manager? Only when using a konsole? All of the above?

Hi,

You can look at the logs in '/var/log/'.
