My grub didn't work :(

I used Archlinux 2010-05 ISO to install in a USB Hard Disk ex> /dev/sdc1 -- / /dev/sdc3 -- /home /dev/sdc5 -- swap means grub and archlinux both in USB Hard Disk but grub cannot lead archlinux. when i reboot it(USB-HDD first). it's just show me a grub shell... can you understand what i want to ask?:banghead: |

What do you have on any other disk on your Desktop/Laptop to which you connect the external? How do you boot any of these OSs, if any. Can you post partition information of your computer? Yes to still entering them as none of them make changes they only query your system.
