mv files, and files missing

my server :
centos 6 with xen4 the

vm352 crashed, so I want to reinstall OS for this vps, before this , I backup my important files to other lvm ( vm492_img ) but when reinstalled, I moved files back to lvm for vm352 (vm352_img), files seemed gone

and here is my history command
Code:
967 mount /dev/vps/vm352_img /home/xen/vm352/mnt #(mount vm352_img)
  968 cd /home/xen/vm352/mntls #[typo]
  969 cd /home/xen/vm352/mnt
  970 ls
  971 cd home
  972 ls
  973 df -h
  974 xm list
  975 df
  976 rm -rf /home/xen/vm492/mnt/* #( */delete files in vm492_img for backup)
  977 lls [typo]
  978 ks [typo]
  979 ls
  980 mv * /home/xen/vm492/mnt/ #(mv /home/xen/vm352/mnt/home/* to vm492_img )
  981 cd .. ( cd /home/xen/vm352/mnt )
  982 ls
  983 cd var/lib ( cd /home/xen/vm352/mnt/var/lib )
  984 ls
  985 cd mysql ( cd /home/xen/vm352/mnt/var/lib/mysql )
  986 ls
  987 cd mysql
  988 ls
  989 cd ..
  990 mv mysql /home/xen/vm492/mnt/ #(mv /home/xen/vm352/mnt/var/lib/mysql to vm492 )
  991 cd /home/xen/vm492/mnt/ #(to check if file already moved to vm492 )
  992 ls ( yes ,all there )
  993 df
  994 umount /home/xen/vm352/mnt # (umount vm352 and so xen vm352 can be reinstalled )
  995 mount /dev/vps/vm352_img /home/xen/vm352/mnt #( after vm352 os installation, mount vm352 again )
  996 df
997 mkdir /home/xen/vm352/mnt/home/bak #( mk bak directory this directory exits now )
  998 mv /home/xen/vm492/mnt/* /home/xen/vm352/mnt/home/bak/ (# mv backup files back from vm492)
  999 umount /home/xen/vm352/mnt # (umount vm352 reboot this vps)
but now , files in vps vm352 /home/bak have gone? where are these files, how can I get them back? great thanks

Is /home/xen/vm352/mnt/ still mounted?
Does it exists?
And do you get any errro message when trying to access the files?

yes, I remounted /home/xen/vm352/mnt/
and cd /home/xen/vm352/mnt/home/bak/
there is no files in it

mv /home/xen/vm492/mnt/* /home/xen/vm352/mnt/home/bak/
this command did not return any errors

Which means you can access /home/xen/vm492/mnt/ also. Check if files are there.
