MTS Mblaze datacard not working in linux mint

I have installed Linux mint, I have a MTS Mblaze datacard which runs fine on windows 7 through its application, the problem is that it is not working in linux platform. i heard that it is a built in feature in linux like we dont need to run any exe file which will not be supported by linux..What should I do to make it work under Linux Mint as I need to connect to the Internet on Linux Mint.....
