MSN AND ICQ in one with filtransfer support

Is there any Instant messenger client for both ICQ and MSN that supports filetransfers?
I have tried GAIM, though it falls on the filetransfer-bit.

Try ayttm, It supports ICQ, MSN, AOL, Yahoo, Jabber, and I think one other that I can't remember. I'm sure that is a file transfer there to.
