Ms 2000 sever vs. Solaris

What are some PROs and CONs of using Solaris vs. using MS 2000 in a small trucking company environment? There are 60 users. The departments are HR, Sales, Accounting,Marketing and Executives.

Servers:
Novell 5.1 NDS server
Apache Web Server
Lotus server

Basic key points:
- Adminstration
- Performance

Sorry, your question is impossibly vague, and there are far too many variables. How many users? What kinds of applications? How big of a system? Goals? ANY details???

For 95+% of what you're asking, Solaris would run better. Obviously, though, Windows-centric stuff (Domain controller? Windows NAS device?) would run better on Windows, rather than through an abstraction layer on another OS, but again, MAYBE.
