mq_open fails in user space

Im using linux 2.6.38 with xenomai 2.6.0
Ive tried to use xenomai posix skin message queue service in my code.
Sending and receving in the kernel space works fine, but in user space mq_open fails and displays Unknown error.

Can anyone help me in this?
