MPlayer won't play nsv streams

I just installed MPlayer and got it working. It plays video off the hd fine, however when I go to play a stream by either using gui or command line i get errors:

When I use the command line I get this:

When I play this URL in gui it freezes then gives me this error:
Fatal Error
"MPlayer interupted by signal 11 in module: decode_audio"

When I try to play the nsv file directly i get: (command line)
FAAD: Trying to Resync!
FAAD: Failed to decode frame. Unable to find ADTS syncword.

and it seems like it is stuck in a loop because this keeps on displaying this over and over and over again.

When I do it in GUI it freezes - probably stuck in that loop!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!
