Mplayer plugin for Firefox....

Hello all,

I've just finished installing Fedora 7 and got everything working good so far except the mplayer plugin for firefox.

I installed vi yum with:

Code:
yum -y install mplayer mplayerplug-in
This installed it successfully. I restarted my browser and typed "about : plugins" in the address bar and it showed that it was installed. But when I go to any site it dosent play the video. It looks like totem (i think that's how it's spelled) is still the default plugin.

How do I get mplayer plugin to work?

Uninstall totem-plugin (or whatever it is called) as well as any other video plugins you may have (kaffeine, vlc, ...). These only get in the way of mplayerplug-in.

How do I uninstall it? Could I use yum? Or should I just cd into ~.mozilla and delete it there?
