mplayer plays secondary audio on some dvds

Hi, linux users.

I am using MPlayer 1.0pre8-3.4.6.

Mplayer is working fine. Just a small issue I have. Mplayer
plays all my dvds fine, but I have a few dvds that mplayer
plays the secondary audio of the dvd, for example the director's commentary.

I appreciate any feed back. Thanks

Hi,

Take a look at the -aid option. 'Normal'/primary sound, for DVD's is 128 (most often). Other formats use other channel-ranges.
To find out which channels you can choose, use the -v option.

Hope this helps.

See the "-alang" and "-aid" options in the mplayer man page.
