Question MP3 under RedHat 8.0???

I've got a little problem with mp3 undr RedHat8.0!

I tryed to play some mp3 from an Fat32 Partition (double clicking the file in Konqueror) => Konqueror crashed!!!
Then tried to open it out of the Media Player (i think it's called XMMS) => nothing happend

I first thought that it doesn't work, because tried to loadit from an Fat32 partition => copied them to a folder on the Linuxpartition => still doesn't work!!!

please help me!

red hat doesn't support mp3 because of license-problems. you need to get a patch to get this work.

try using google

Just go to xmms.org and they have an easy rpm to install, then your mp3's will be playing fine...
