Sadly not a fix, but how about a "welcome to the club" thing? I've seen some posts on the site about it, you might see if any of them help you:

I personally don't mind it, I can pause it if it's long and the audio will 'sync' up for about 30 seconds, then I have to pause again.
I've found that the crappier the quality of the audio, the more in sync it is though. So it could be stream is slow on audio, and normal on visual. After running through the clip once, try running again and see if it's all in sync now (since it's likely cached to your system).
