Mozilla browser is not opening
 

Hi,

I am very new to linux OS. I am learning. I have installed Fedora 9 Live Cd. GNOME desktop. After instlling i have created network and connected to internet using mozilla browser. Also the system got updated. Some downloads also it done. After that mozilla browser is not opening. When i try to launch terminal windows flashes once. That it. Nothing else is coming. Please help me on this. As i am very new to linux give me instruction as descriptive as possible.

I didn't quite understand, can you launch a terminal window (xterm or konsole)? If so, try starting Mozilla with a command from a terminal window. It will produce an error message that can be helpful. Just type "mozilla" at the prompt.
If you can't even launch a terminal program, the problem is much bigger...
