mouse pointer disappeared


hi guys,

I am using Mandriva distribution on Vmware workstation as guest operating system.Thw problem is whenever I switch to Mandriva from windows and click on the desktop the mouse pointer disappeared....
I need ur assistance regarding this.

When exactly does it disappear? On your VM or your desktop? If it's on your VM try: Ctrl + Alt

yeah ctrl+alt is fine.well,the mouse pointer is getting disappeared at the linux window....when I click on the linux window on VM it is getting disappeared.
