My mouse dosen't move.

I installed, mouse didn't move until I logged in. then I used sndconfig. sound works, mouse dosent move at all. I reinstalled, mose moved fine, restarted a coule of times because of changes I made and now, sometimes it works, sometimes it dosent.

I suspect the sound card is conflicting. how do I view all of my device settings IRQ's and IO addresses?
