My mouse don't work in console and when I load up X it won't work there either, I've tryed most options in xf86config.

I've tryed 2 other mice and they won't work either in linux.

I think you need gpm running for console mouse support:
Quote:
GPM adds mouse support to text-based Linux applications such the Midnight Commander. Is also allows mouse-based console cut-and-paste operations, and includes support for pop-up menus on the console.
If your mouse won't work at all, anywhere, try running setup and select mouse configuration.

Does it say something like 'starting console mouse services' when starting up. Is it a bit odd that X works at all - if no mouse?? God knows.

Do you have kudzu running?
Code:
chkconfig --list | grep kudzu
should return something like:
Code:
kudzu 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off
kudzu wil detect new hardware and try to install/config it for you.
