mounting ntfs format patitions from fedora core
 
is there a way to access my win partition(ntfs) from fedora core? when ever i try it says "mount: fs type ntfs not supported by kernel" plz help

Welcome aboard, person#6661067.

You may need to use modprobe ntfs before you can mount it.
I don't know about the default options in Fedora, but you may find that you haven't even got the NTFS kernel module available "out of the box".

Fedora does not include NTFS support out of the box. This is read only.
