Have you created the mount point Toshiba in the /media directory?
You need a filesystem on the device/partition, what is it?
Correct example to mount: mount -t ext4 /dev/sda1 /media/Toshiba
That would be with an ext4 filesystem, on the device sda1 meaning first hard drive, first partition.
What is on the hard drive, new? No filesystem?

Also, stop double posting as you already asked this question in another thread.

make life easy for yourself, mount via filemanager

You do not detail your Linux Distro, some have 'mountable' devices on the desktop, some in the 'my computer' or the like.
You can also see 'mountable' devices in a 'places' menu

FileManager is best bet

like I say, you don't mention distro, so I can't detail much for you.
