monitor displays frequency out of range when i boot with knoppix


When ever i boot my machine with knoppix once it loads everything and comes to the part of the GUI my monitor goes blank and displays uot of range message. wat can i do to stop this from happening

At the opening screen type in knoppix xvrefresh=60 noddc then hit the enter key.

hi
try ctrl+del+(-,+) 3-4 times when u r monitor goes out of freq.
this will try out other option also
