monitor CPU and RAM High utilization through script


Hi All,

I wanted to write one script through this i want to monitor CPU high utilization and RAM high utilization
for bunch of machines in a cluster.

means any host going with CPU >95% in cluster
it should through an alert or something which i will set in monitors

but i need one script which can do this thing for me for all hosts in a cluster.
