Monit Tool


Hi,

Today I installed Munin online monitoring tool in my server through yum. The installation and configuration was done. and the munin service has been stared well.
i configured munin html files inside my website document root. then i restart the munin service. service started well.

after that i try to browse www.example.com/monitoring
its not working. when i try this

www.example.com/monitoring
i got my website pages.
I am using centos5. please help me out to solve this.

Solve WHAT?? You first say it's not working, then say it IS working. Can't be both, so which is it? Can you define what "not working" means? (page not found? Bad results? what???). Have you checked the logs for any errors?? Just saying "it's not working", doesn't give us alot to go on.

Provide details and ask a clear question.

example.com/monitoring does not come up, but example.com will show the Centos page, right?

You probably have permission issues on your directory, or you are supposed to use https to get to it.
