Missing .h 's on Knoppix 3.3

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to install the Conexant Riptide audio drivers for Linux. I have Knoppix (Debian) so there's no precompiled package for my box; I downloaded the source and executed the "make install" and then the "ripconfig" utility. It asks me for the modules path (default is: /lib/modules/2.4.22-xfs/build) and then it fails... the output log tells me that there are three files missing: "sound_config.h" "opl3.h" and "mpu401.h"

I tried to find them on the Internet (for my kernel) but I can't find them anywhere so it would be nice if anybody could tell me where to find them or what .DEB or another package download in order to install this three .h's -- I heard that glibc-devel RPM package includes two of those three headers, but there's no DEB package for Debian.

Thank you very much.

Those sound like files from the kernel source. Did the package's documentation at any time mention that you'd need the kernel source?
