You might check your installation CD's for gtk and glib, and install them, to verify that they are installed already do in terminal
rpm -q gtk+ glib
if it returns the package names you're ok, then you can check where they are located with
rpm -qs gtk+
rpm -qs glib
In the case they are not installed go to http://www.gtk.org
to grab the packages or install them off your distro CD's.
