missing fonts
I have been having some problems with a few programs in x. They are not able to find the font libraries. happens w/ vim, emacs, xmms. I have both gtk+-1.2.10 & gtk+-2.0.5
and am wondering if that has anything to do with it, but I just don't know where to start. here's what i get from xmms:
Gdk-WARNING **: Missing charsets in FontSet creation
Gdk-WARNING **: ISO8859-1
** CRITICAL **: Couldn't open playlist font
and in the ~/.xmms/config file it says the following:
playlist_font=-adobe-helvetica-bold-r-*-*-10-*
use_fontsets=FALSE
mainwin_use_xfont=FALSE
mainwin_font=-adobe-helvetica-medium-r-*-*-8-*
I think it may also be due to XF86Config, what do you think?
