mirror programs that can copy the whole hard drive ubuntu?

Are there mirror packages or programs for ubuntu? Programs with which you can copy the whole hard drive. I know windows has some of them, but does ubuntu?

'GNU Parted' comes to mind.

Also check out Clonezilla, which allows you to be independent of your installation. Useful if something goes wrong.
