Migrationtools question

I have a question about ldap with gentoo.

And I am following a guide at the following link:

http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/ldap-howto.xml

and I am trying to emerge migrationtools

and it says that there aren't ebuilds for migrationtools. Any ideas? I assume I need migrationtools

You should read up on the correct use of portage, because I seem to recall from when I had gentoo installed you could search for a package name (like using debians APT tool and the "apt-cache search <packagename>" command - but for portage instead of APT).
