Messedup on updating Kernel


i was doing the 500hz hid poll from fuhquake.com and messed up on the kernel... it wouldnt boot from the updated version... how do i undo this and remove it?

... how did you update the kernel?

if you overwrote the bzimage file and the old system map file, you are phosed and will need to copy ones off of an installation cd.

if you saved them, or renamed them, you should be able to edit grub/lilo to look for the file names you had originally, or renamed to....
