Which network? The internet, or your subnet?
What network does the message refer to?
Explain more to get more.

Hello victoriasawanas, welcome to LQ,

we understand that many members here (including myself) are not native english speakers. But when you don't use full sentences in your postings this seems to be rude behavior.

Could you please describe your problem in more detail?

Markus

When I log onto my computer, a message comes on to tell me that my network is down. I believe this is a subnet because I can get on the web.
