memmory problem


I are using RH9, and when I are downloding anything whit dcgui-qt or from a webserver and when I are moving filez from one fat32 partion to anather fat32 partion my 1gb 333MHz DDR memmory so didiit be full whit diskcache and it dont remove it it is there to I have reboot my computer!

when I are moving filez it start in 10mb/s and when teh memmory is full so did it go in a speed of 600kb/s..

My english is not so good

If I vant to play q3 after that I have move a file from one prtion to another so is it so slow and lagging so I need to reboot the machine If I vant to play any thing after I have download more then 300mb or move a file bigger then 300mb
