Media Server like youtube on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server

We want to setup a Media server on Redhat Linux,Our Team should be able to push live video remotely from their laptop to the server and public should be able to watch it from our web site.Does anybody have any idea? There is any built-in application or third party.

Version: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.3 (Santiago)

What I need is a broadcast application like windows media server , people can stream live video to it , public can see it from the website.
