MDB in linux


Hi, anyone know a fix tool to rapair a MSACCESS *.mdb in Linux's command line????

There is no such thing. I did this research recently. the closest match was mdbtools, but it can't write to mdb file, just read. The thing was aimed at helping people stuck on ms solutions migrate to free software.

Exist in fact, Norton Utilities 4 Unix. Don't know if that work on linux, but the price y to High

the guys at mdbtools do not want to receive features request, doubts and stuff... mdbtools is like a spare time project, they don't really wanna get into trouble with it.
I think its difficult for someone to bother writing such a thing, cause there are great db tools in unix/linux.

carlost & bruno buys; b b,s right cl why ? u r to dependant on W,s oh.
linux does have lots of apps that work as or better. just a matter of adjusting to new application.
