THANKS

but i have one last question is about my broadband
i use cricket broadband and in XP you can used because you have a program to connect it and all that but in linux no but i went to network the part where it says broadband and i put all the information but nothing happen... can some one help me that is the last one and one of the most important.
The most important thing about your network connection is not *who* your provider is, but *what* your hardware is. How are you connecting to the network? Is it some kind of usb modem or is it attached via a regular network cable? Or maybe anything else?

If you have an url from a web page where the product that you use to connect yourself to the net is described, just post it here so we can see it ourselves to get a better idea. My guess is that it must be an usb modem, because most network interfaces just works out of the box via dhcp.
