I'm a pre-linux newbie and I was just wondering which verion of Linux I should go with? I don't mind a challenge, so take that into consideration. Plus, where can I download the latest version of these? I hear it's free... Thanks!

Personal prefrence, but I like Rad Hat 9 over Mandrake 9.1
