mandrake installation - no cd burner

i've downloaded the:

Mandrakelinux-10.0-Community-Download-CD1.i586.iso

from 1 to 4 and it lies on my windows hard drive. how can i install without needing to burn the iso onto a cd. i heard i can install linux from a hard drive?

i have a seperate empty hard drive (currently under NTFS format - yea blame windows) to install linux.

i'd appriciate it if someone can point me to a right direction...

You will need to create a floppy boot disk for a hard disk install. You can use any ISO utility to extract the hd-grub.img or down load it. Also check the documentation to see if the ISO file needs to be on a FAT32 partition.
