Mandrake 9.2, 80.11b Wireless Card, resolv.conf file?

OK, got a question. Installed Mandrake 9.2 on my system, and installed my Cisco 350 PCI card. My ISP is a wireless broadband provider. After going through lots of trouble getting the driver installed ( Mandrake was loading my LAN module for my wireless card, no Kernel sources included with 9.2, etc.) I now have the driver installed & loaded. Have set the IP, Gateway, Netmask, and DNS information. I can also associate to my access point. But if i try to go anywhere, ping / traceroute etc, i go no where. Upon some reasearch, i checked my resolv.conf file, and it has my DNS info, but it also has 127.0.0.1 as my primary. I remove it, restart the PC, and it is back. What is making this change? THere is nothing in my host.conf file, and i am NOT running a dns server on this machine. Any ideas?

Thanks

Matt

No suggestions? Should i take this a different forum? Not sure if this is a n00b question or not.
