mandrake 10.1 stall on boot


When it comes to Checking for new hardware, the system stall ....

However if I remove my USB mouse (wich was in the time of the install) every works

Not sure how to actuallyu fix this, but for the meantime you could consider using a USB to ps2 converter, and plug your mouse into the normal mouse port. This will free up a USB port as well, so why not?
