Mandrake 10.0 - trying to mount flash memory read-only

I'm trying to set up Mandrake to mount flash memory cards read only so that I can potentially use it for forensic analysis for school. I have modified the /etc/fstab options, but everytime I boot up new, it mounts the memory as read-write like it forgot all of my changes.,

after changing /etc/fstab/ for my memory card looks like this...

none /mnt/memory_card supermount dev=/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1,fs=ext2,:vfat.--,unmask=0022,
iocharset=iso8859-1,kudzu,codepage=850,noauto,ro,exec 0 0

when I halt and reboot to check, the noauto,ro,exec are gone and the mount command shows rw.

Is is the supermount I need to get rid of or am I changing this in the wrong place?

Thanks.
