mallware in linux platform


Hi

Is possible to have a virus or mallware in linux platform?
can we scan a particular subnet for virus in network and how?

Yes you can get viruses/malware on linux it's just very rare as linux users tend to be a bit more savvy than windows users and also of course *nix based system tend to be more secure and updated more frequently.
